# Upgrade, downgrade or cancel

*Move between plans or cancel, without losing any data.*

**Upgrading**

Upgrade from **Settings › Plan & billing**. New features are available straight away.

**Downgrading**

Your current plan stays active until the end of the billing cycle, then changes. Nothing is deleted:

- If you're over a limit on the new plan — more users than it allows, say — your existing records stay, but you can't add more.
- Connections and webhooks that need the higher plan are paused, not deleted.
- Upgrade again and everything that was paused comes back.

**Cancelling**

- Cancel at any time in **Settings › Plan & billing**, or by emailing support@tryaxo.com. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing cycle you've paid for.
- When it ends, your company becomes read-only for **90 days** — you can sign in, view and export everything, or resubscribe and carry on where you left off.
- **After 90 days, your company's data is permanently deleted.** We email the account owner before that happens.
