# Your first week

*A practical order for your first seven days, from setup to your first reconciled bank account.*

1. **Day 1** — set up your company, fiscal year and tax pack, and invite your team.
2. **Day 2** — bring your books across: chart of accounts, customers, vendors and opening balances. See [Moving to AXOFFICE](https://docs.tryaxo.com/migration-overview.md).
3. **Day 3** — compare the opening trial balance and balance sheet with your old system for the same date.
4. **Day 4** — connect what you already use: statement forwarding, payment providers, your online store.
5. **Day 5** — create and send your first invoice, and record your first bill.
6. **Day 6** — import a bank statement and reconcile it.
7. **Day 7** — go through the Overview and the Inbox with your accountant.
