# Introduction to AXOFFICE

*AXOFFICE is an AI-native ERP to run sales, purchases, banking, inventory, payroll, accounting and tax on one ledger — with AI that drafts, cites and explains, and never posts on its own.*

**Set up**

**Sell**

Invoices calculate tax and withholding as you type, post a balanced entry when they're approved, and chase themselves by email, WhatsApp or SMS when they're overdue. Start with [Create and send an invoice](https://docs.tryaxo.com/create-invoice.md).

**Reconcile**

Withholding statements and sales tax returns are worked out from what you've posted, and posted entries are reversed, never edited, so the record is always complete. **Ask**
