# Stripe, PayPal and other payment providers

*Bring payouts and charges into reconciliation. These connections are read-only.*

Payment connections only read. AXO brings in payouts, charges, refunds and settlements so you can match them to your invoices — it can never move money.

1. In the provider's dashboard, create a key with read permissions only.
2. Paste it into the connection in AXO and test it.
3. Payouts and charges appear in the reconciliation inbox in **Banking**.

> **Note:** For Stripe, use a restricted key with read permissions only. AXO doesn't need — and shouldn't have — permission to move money.
