# Search, the command palette and keyboard shortcuts

*Find anything, jump anywhere and ask questions from the keyboard.*

**Command palette**

Press `Ctrl` `K` — or `⌘` `K` on a Mac — from any page. Type to jump to a page, start an action such as a new invoice, or ask a question. Questions go straight to Ask AXO.

**On lists**

| Key | What it does |
|---|---|
| `/` | Move to the search box |
| `N` | Create a new record |
| `Esc` | Clear the selection or close a panel |

**In invoice and bill lines**

| Key | What it does |
|---|---|
| `Tab` | Move to the next cell |
| `Enter` | Add a new line |
| `Ctrl` `Enter` | Save |
| `Ctrl` `D` | Duplicate the line |
| `Ctrl` `Delete` | Remove the line |
