*Supplier details, tax status, and changes vendors send through the portal.*

Each vendor holds contact and bank details, payment terms, and tax details. In Pakistan, the vendor's NTN and filer status decide the withholding rate AXO applies to their bills and payments.

> **Warning:** Keep each vendor's filer status up to date. It changes the rate of tax withheld.

**Vendor portal**

Vendors you invite can update their own profile and send documents through the vendor portal. Their changes don't apply automatically — they wait for review on **Purchases › Vendors** and in your Inbox, where you approve or reject them. Portals are included from the Professional plan.
