# “Ties” and “Not verified”

*What these labels mean, and why AXO shows them.*

Where AXO checks one figure against a separate source — stock value against the inventory account, for example — it shows the result: **Ties** when they agree, or the size of the difference when they don't.

Where a figure can't yet be checked against a separate source, AXO shows **Not verified** rather than a tick it hasn't earned.

> **Note:** “Not verified” doesn't mean a figure is wrong. It means it hasn't been checked against a second source, so give it your usual care.
