Sub-processors
The companies that help us run AXOFFICE, and what each one does with data.
Important
These terms are being finalised with our legal advisers and take effect before AXOFFICE launches. Until then, they show how we intend to work.
We use a small number of service providers to run AXOFFICE. Each one processes data only to provide its service to us, under contracts that require it to protect that data.
| Provider | What it does | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Hostinger | Hosts the servers and databases AXOFFICE runs on | All Service data |
| Whop | Takes subscription payments and manages billing | Billing contact, payment details and plan |
| Resend | Sends service emails — invitations, password resets and notices | Name, email address and email content |
| Anthropic | Powers AI features such as Ask AXO | Questions, and the records needed to answer them |
| OpenAI | Powers AI features | Questions, and the records needed to answer them |
Only if you turn them on
These are used only when your company enables the feature that needs them.
| Provider | Used for |
|---|---|
| Twilio | SMS payment reminders |
| Meta (WhatsApp Business) | WhatsApp payment reminders |
| Slack | Alerts sent to your Slack workspace |
| Telegram | Alerts sent to your Telegram |
Note
Services you connect yourself — such as QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, Shopify or Google Drive — aren't our sub-processors. Data moves between AXOFFICE and those services on your instructions, under their own terms.
We'll update this page before adding a sub-processor that handles your company's records. To be told about changes by email, write to support@tryaxo.com.
