Cash forecast
See your expected cash position over the coming weeks, and what's driving it.
The cash forecast projects your bank balance forward, week by week, from your open invoices, bills due, payroll, tax and recurring items. For each week it shows the expected closing balance and what's moving it.
If the forecast drops below the minimum balance you've set, AXO flags it and suggests actions — chasing a particular overdue invoice, for example — with the effect each would have.
Note
The forecast is only as complete as your books. Invoices and bills that aren't in AXO aren't in the forecast.
Cash forecasting is included in the Business plan.
