Inventory
Track stock levels and value, with every movement posting to your ledger.
Each item can be tracked by quantity and value. Receiving goods, selling them, issuing them to production and returning them all update stock and post to the ledger automatically.
Stock and the ledger
Inventory screens show whether your stock value agrees with the inventory account in your ledger. If they ever differ, AXO shows the difference rather than hiding it. See “Ties” and “Not verified”.
Warehouses
Keep stock in more than one location, and find items by barcode. Inventory, multiple warehouses and barcodes are included from the Professional plan.
Reorder levels
Set a reorder level for each item. Anything below it appears in the side panel on Operations and Purchases pages.
