Notifications and sounds
How AXO tells you something needs attention, and how to turn the sound off.
The bell in the top bar shows new notifications — a payment received, a bill waiting for your approval, a connection that stopped working. A dot on the bell means something is unread.
Sounds
AXO plays a short, quiet tone for approvals, alerts and information. Sounds only play after you've interacted with the page, and never if your device is set to reduce motion. To turn them off, open the notification panel and select the speaker icon. Your choice is saved to your account.
Note
Serious problems — such as emails failing to send — raise an alert for administrators inside AXO rather than sitting unnoticed in a log.
