Record each asset with its cost, purchase date, useful life and depreciation method. AXO works out depreciation each period and posts it to the ledger; every line of the schedule links to its entry.

When you sell or scrap an asset, record a disposal. AXO calculates the gain or loss and posts it. A posted disposal can't be edited.
