Employees and salary privacy
Employee records, and how AXO keeps pay and personal details private.
Each employee record holds personal and job details, pay, tax details and the bank account their salary goes to.
Who can see pay
Salaries, ID numbers, bank details and contact details are hidden by default. Only people with the payroll permission can reveal them, one at a time. A revealed figure isn't stored on screen, and it's hidden again when you leave the page.

Note
Salary figures never appear in lists, the side panel or the Inbox for anyone without the payroll permission.
