A tour of the screen
How every page is laid out: the sidebar, the page, the side panel and the top bar.
Every page in AXO follows the same layout, so once you know one screen you know them all.
The sidebar
The sidebar on the left holds eight groups: Home, Sales, Purchases, Banking, Operations, People, Accounting and Settings. Click a group to open it; one group stays open at a time. A number beside an item shows how many things there need attention.
The page
Most pages have a header with the page's actions on the right, summary figures, and a table of records. Click a column heading to sort, use the filters above a table to narrow it down, and use Export to download it.
The side panel
The panel on the right changes with the page. On the Overview it shows what needs you and recent activity. On Invoices it shows overdue invoices and how old your receivables are. On Banking it shows lines waiting to be reconciled and what's driving your cash forecast.
The top bar
- Breadcrumb — where you are. Click any part to go back up.
- Favourite — star a page to find it quickly.
- Theme — switch between light and dark.
- Refresh — reload the page's figures.
- Notifications — see Notifications and sounds.
On a phone, the sidebar becomes a tab bar along the bottom — Home, Inbox, Sales, Banking and More — and the side panel opens from a Needs you button.
